of barbecues, swimming pools, freshly mowed
lawns and, no less important to the celebration of
the season, the annual Parade of Homes, organized
by the Colorado Springs Housing and Building
Association. As fresh and vital as the summer sun-
shine, the event offers builders a chance to dazzle
the eye and inspire the imagination with a show-
case of the latest and greatest trends in real estate.

Made up of more than 700 member companies consisting of builders, developers, contractors, suppliers, designers, Realtors and more, the CSHBA presents the Parade of Homes as their annual chance to wow the public, to display the talent and quality of local members.
